Hair Product Return

  • Redken and Pureology may be returned up to 30 days with a receipt.
  • Lost your receipt? We offer a store credit or an exchange.
  • At The Loft we use a bar code system. In order to return these products, our label must be intact.
  • Other Products are non-returnable

Service Guarantee

  • We, at The Loft, are devoted to extensive training and education. In order to stand behind our work, we ask that you contact us within 7 days.
  • Due to the time invested by our dedicated team, we require that you give us the opportunity to look at and work with any difficulties you may have with your hair. Cost of services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Notice

  • We require a 24 hour notice on all cancellations.
  • If you are unable to notify us on two consecutive appointments, we will be unable reserve future appointments with-out pre-payment of your services.
  • If three appointments are missed, payment for your last appointment will be required.

Children

  • Children are always welcome in our salon to receive services. If you are receiving a service and feel the need to bring your child, please have them supervised by someone other than yourself. We strive to create a relaxing experience for you and our guests.
