Services: Cancellation Policy

Hair Product Return

  • Redken and Pureology may be returned up to 30 days with a receipt.
  • Without a receipt we offer a store credit or an exchange.
  • At The Loft we use a bar code system. In order to return these products, our label must be intact.
  • Other Products are non-returnable

Service Guarantee

  • We, at The Loft, are devoted to extensive training and education. In order to stand behind our work, we require that you contact us within 7 days.
  • Due to the time invested by our dedicated team, we require that you give us the opportunity to look at and work with any difficulties you may have with your hair. Cost of services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Notice

  • We require a 24 hour notice on all cancellations.
  • If you are unable to notify us on two consecutive appoint-ments, we will be unable reserve future appointments with-out pre-payment. A credit card on file will be required.
  • If three appointments are missed your credit card will be charged for the last appointment.

Children

  • Children are always welcome in our salon to receive services. If you are receiving a service and feel you have the need to bring your child, please be sure to have them supervised by someone other than yourself. We strive to create a relaxing experience for you.
